Sales Operations Analyst
Position Overview
We are looking for someone energized to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst! This role is responsible for driving key business initiatives, while leading analyses on sales strategy. You will be managing and championing the integrity of our data used to assess commercial performance. As part of this impactful position, you proactively ensure that the sales team is accurately managing operational tasks like forecasting and recording all sales activities.
What your duties and responsibilities will include
- Analyze sales data and review metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop detailed sales forecasting models to inform the decision-making process.
- Manage the product and sales database, ensuring accuracy of information stored therein.
- Analyze customer performance and experience, providing reports on findings as necessary.
- Provide support to the Sales & Marketing department in achieving their goals efficiently.
Requirements and qualifications
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Has at least three years of experience as an analyst.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses strong computer, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Displays high attention to detail when working on tasks.
- Works well in both team environments and fast-paced settings.
