I draw on my extensive personal experience with all facets of the real estate process when working with my buyers and sellers. Over the past 23 years, I have purchased, renovated, rented out, sold and built several homes throughout Charlotte. My knowledge and experience doing most of the construction work myself, is beneficial when working with clients to suggest improvements to a property and giving realistic facts about the process and pricing for renovations. I am a licensed Notary, eNotary in North Carolina and an active Realtor®/Broker for Keller Williams in South Park. I am also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, therefore have extensive knowledge about the loan process. I have lived in Charlotte for over two decades after moving from Perth, Australia, and am very familiar with the ins and outs of many Charlotte neighborhoods. I began my career in the U.S. as a flight attendant for U.S. Airways, and later pursued accounting. It was through my experience working on my home renovations that I developed my passion for real estate. I thrive in helping my clients sell their current home or find their dream home, and strive to ensure every transaction is as seamless as possible. I have two daughters and in my free time I enjoy traveling, cooking, camping, listening to live music and making natural organic soap.
