I am a Kingsville native and a product of local public schools. I graduated from H.M. King High and also had the honor of Attending Texas A& M University-Kingsville and obtained a B.B.A. in Marketing in 1995. Outside of a college internship, I have had the privileged of living in Kingsville my entire life. Before entering the real estate world, I worked in Grants Management. I have worked as a Realtor my entire adult career. I sold my first home in 1998 and have been hooked ever since. I pride myself on getting to know my buyer clients and their housing needs. My role is not just as a sales person, but also that of teacher, coach and most importantly advocate for my clients. I take the time to learn exactly what my clients are looking for, assist them with the loan qualification process, and help them shop for a house that can become their dream home. I offer valuable insight into repair costs when reviewing inspection reports due to my experience in rehabbing properties. Communication is key and I always make sure my clients are well informed and comfortable throughout the entire transaction. More than anything, they know that I am their Realtor and looking out for their best interest. I also have specialized training and licensing in the areas of insurance and mortgage loan origination.
