Before becoming a full-time Realtor in 2005, I spent 15 years as a high school teacher in Rocklin, California. Teaching taught me patience, communication, and how to break down complicated topics in a way people can easily understand. Those skills became the foundation of my real estate business.

Today, my job is simple: educate, negotiate, and protect.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients successfully buy, sell, and finance homes. One of the things my clients appreciate most is how I simplify the real estate process and guide them through each step with clarity and confidence.

I believe real estate is about much more than transactions. It’s about people, relationships, and trust. Every client has unique goals, challenges, and circumstances, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether someone is buying their first home, relocating, downsizing, or navigating a major life transition, I work hard to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Experience matters. After decades in the industry, I’ve learned how to anticipate problems before they become major issues. Much of what I do happens behind the scenes—solving problems early, keeping transactions on track, and protecting my clients’ best interests every step of the way.

Honesty and integrity are at the core of how I do business. I believe in being upfront, giving straightforward advice, and always putting my clients first—even when that means having difficult conversations. In the long run, doing the right thing is always the right decision.

Many of my clients become lifelong friends, and I’m proud that much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. To me, that’s the greatest compliment anyone can give.
