I’m Alicia Holmquist, a real estate agent licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, serving Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand, and surrounding areas. Originally from New England, my husband and I relocated to Myrtle Beach after falling in love with the area on vacation. We packed up our dogs, our Harleys, and moved more than 1,000 miles door to door, giving me firsthand experience with relocation, logistics, and major life transitions.

As a former photographer, I understand how presentation impacts value. I use professional photography, drone media, and targeted online marketing to showcase homes once they’re ready for the market. I stay hands-on throughout inspections, repair coordination, pricing strategy, and negotiations to keep the transaction moving smoothly and avoid surprises.
