I'm a full-time, full-service Real Estate Broker and owner of New Bern 4 Sale. New Bern 4 Sale is a cooperative group of Real Estate Brokers committed to the highest level of customer service. Our clients include: sellers; first-time homebuyers; buyer & seller relocation; active-duty military; veterans; investors; builders; developers and financial institutions with foreclosure properties. New Bern 4 Sale is affiliated with NorthGroup Real Estate Inc. I personally close over 50 transactions a year and our team collectively closes over 100. I live in New Bern with my husband, Marston Crawford, daughter, Audrey, two rescue pets and 10 chickens. I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada and relocated to Havelock, NC in 2001. I graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Arts and then completed post-graduate studies in Human Resources. I attended East Carolina University and have a NC Teacher's License. I am passionate about renovating, reusing and repurposing everything from household items to real estate. In 2006, I bought my first home and discovered I'm addicted to houses. I've bought and renovated foreclosure properties. I own and manage both long-term and vacation rental properties. Becoming a REALTOR® was an easy transition that combined my interests, education and work experience. I am a NC State Certified Beekeeper. I am Past President, Treasurer and Webmaster of the Craven-Pamlico Beekeepers Association. I am an active member of the New Bern Shrine Club. I am a board member and volunteer at Public Radio East.
