I specialize in empowering home buyers and sellers by giving them the confidence and market knowledge needed to make informed decisions while making one of the biggest decisions/ investments in their lives. With over 30 years’ experience in the business and marketing field, I utilize my knowledge in negotiating and marketing to assist sellers with creating a strategic marketing plan to best present their home to qualified buyers while helping them get the most return on their investment. For buyers, I utilize my knowledge of the market and truly understand how important it is to find the right home that has the features that are most important. I guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process from the marketing & advertising of their property, the buyer’s pre-approval, market research, pre-viewing homes, negotiations, presenting offers, writing contracts, appraisals, inspections . . . all the way to the closing table! I am beside them every step of the way. I remove the "unknowns" from the process,so that my clients gain the confidence needed in order to enjoy the process, asopposed to being stressed and/or being taken advantage of. I have a closenetwork of professionals who support me and provide my clients with solutionsto anything that may present itself during the buying/selling process. I grew up in Kennesaw, GA and moved to Greenville, SC in 2007. Both of my parents were born and raised in Greenville, so I traveled to Greenville often to visit family. Myhusband and I together, have 5 children, 6 grandbabies (& growing) and 2 dogs (Ella & Moose) who we adopted from the Greenville Humane Society. I am passionate about my family, home, writing poetry/short stories and am quite the dog lover!
