My business philosophy is simple: "Treat every person as if they are the most important person in the world, because to them, they are."Moving is such an emotional time - it's a time when something is ending and a new adventure is beginning, and there happens to be a home involved! That's where I come in. Selling and buying a residence has countless moving parts and it takes a professional to deliver clients to the closing table with a minimal amount of stress. Contract law, paperwork, timetables, phone calls, coordinating vendors, inspections, appraisal, specialty needs and even help with movers and staging is what I bring to you. I am a bridge in a chaotic time. I started my real estate career with First American Title of Oregon in 1994, fresh out of college. There, I worked in the commercial division in downtown Portland and grew to love the fast pace and high stakes world of real property. With the guidance of amazing managers, I ventured into the world of being everything from an executive assistang, escrow assistant, escrow officer and ultimately corporate trainer, where I trained real estate agents. In short, I fell in love with what they did and the passion it takes to do this job well. I obtained my Oregon Broker's License in 2012, and shortly thereafter moved home with my family back to Lake Charles, Louisiana. Lake Charles is where I grew up and it's where we want to raise our kids, too. Our city is experiencing an amazing growth thanks to area industry: Sasol, Cameron Liquified Natural Gas, The Golden Nugget and so many more! A beautiful port city, Lake Charles has a vibrant art scene, award-winning university (McNeese) (Alumni 1994), and the best food in the WORLD.
