As a Colorado Springs REALTOR®, real estate investor, and homeowner who has personally built two custom luxury homes, I bring firsthand experience that goes far beyond buying and selling properties. My husband is a licensed general contractor, and together we’ve designed and built custom mountain homes in Cedar Heights and Black Forest, giving me unique insight into construction, design, land development, and the custom home process.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I actively invest in real estate myself. I’ve successfully completed multiple off-market fix-and-flip projects and currently own rental property, allowing me to guide clients with practical knowledge of investing, renovation potential, property value, and long-term wealth building through real estate.
