Ashlee Milton, Executive Broker, has been in the real estate industry since 2014 and has been a Broker since 2018. Ashlee oversees all transactions as the signing Broker for about 17 agents in Chuck Fawcett Realty’s largest office in Fort Smith. Ashlee brings a wealth of knowledge as a degreed Paralegal having worked for one of the largest law firms in Fort Smith. Additionally, Ashlee plans the training curriculum for all Chuck Fawcett agents and has served as a board member for the Fort Smith Board of Realtors and the Community Services Clearinghouse. With over $37 million in transactions over her tenure, Ashlee has the experience to navigate any difficult scenario, overcome many obstacles, and market properties creatively to find buyers wherever they’re searching and consult with buyers to find the property of their dreams.
