After graduating from Windham High School, he obtained his BS in Business Administration, concentrating in finance at the University of Maine at Orono. James has enjoyed managing the day to day operations of his family business for over 25 years; a business that was started by his great grandfather in 1917. He has also been a volunteer firefighter since 1991. The culmination of these jobs has taught him building and construction knowledge, the value of hard work, and shown him the importance of providing top-notch customer service to his community. SPENCER ORCUTT, SALES AGENT & STAGERGrowing up in Montreal, Canada but having family roots here in Maine, Spencer was lucky to spend her summers on the coast enjoying the outdoors, the "off the grid" lifestyle and the welcoming atmosphere Maine has to offer. After graduating in 2015 as a Marketing Major from St. Francis Xavier University located on the coast of Nova Scotia she quickly learned living by the ocean was where she needed to be. She spent the last few years working closely with clients as a Marketing Consultant as well as a Home Stager and was keen to find a way to merge the two of these together. Simply put, Spencer loves building genuine connections with people and having the privilege to be part of a process that is so personal and quite literally "close to home". She currently lives in Portland and you may catch her practicing another passion of hers at the local yoga studios.
