I’ve been a real estate professional since 1992, and I bring more than thirty years of experience, perspective, and steady guidance to every client I work with. I started my career by assisting three top agents at RE/MAX, where I learned how skilled agents manage complex transactions and deliver service that truly makes a difference.

In 1999, I joined Nexes Realty to help launch a new office with one of the area’s leading agents. I earned my Associate Broker license in 2001, giving me deeper knowledge and a stronger foundation to represent my clients’ best interests.

I came to Coldwell Banker in 2007 as both a manager and an agent. In 2012, I stepped out of management so I could focus fully on my clients, while staying with the Coldwell Banker brand for its marketing strength, global network, and commitment to high standards.

Over the years, I’ve earned recognition including the International President’s Circle, International Diamond Society, International Sterling Society, Diamond Society, and Presidents Club. I’m also a Luxury Property Specialist and hold a Limited Appraiser License, which helps me provide informed guidance on pricing and valuation.

What’s most important to me is delivering an authentic, reliable experience built on trust, clear communication, and an uncompromising work ethic. I am deeply passionate about real estate contracts and ethics, and I believe in giving my clients the straight facts so they can make informed decisions. Whether I’m representing a home for sale, helping a buyer find the right property, or guiding someone through a major move, my goal is the same: to deliver honest service and strong results.
