Chuck Shaver

I am a Michigan native and have lived in Central Florida since 1985. I have been happily married for over 30 years and have two wonderful grown children. I graduated from Winter Park High School and have earned degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and Liberty University. I enjoy disc golf, 3-D archery, hunting and fishing in my spare time. I have been involved in real estate since 2001 and take pride in my ability to serve my customers‚Äô needs 24/7. I work to maintain a high standard and a professional image to make the sale or purchase of your home, land, or farm become a reality. In addition to having earned my Broker's Associate License, other advanced professional certifications/designations include the SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute). A focus on listing homes and acreage is what sets me apart as I work with a dedicated Buyer's Agent to allow me to specialize in getting my Seller's homes sold.
