Dan Braden

My passion is real estate. I really enjoy everything that goes into the entire process. I enjoy touring different areas and showing homes throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Being able to help a buyer find the exact home for where they are in their life is the best reward possible. Helping a seller properly stage, photograph, market, & sell their home is equally rewarding. Outside of real estate I enjoy many of Wisconsin's professional and collegiate sports teams. The Badgers, Packers, Brewers, Golden Eagles, and Bucks are teams I follow in my spare time. As a past collegiate athlete myself, I enjoy college football the most. I have spent the majority of my life in Southeastern Wisconsin. Following graduation from Sussex Hamilton High School I enrolled at UW-Stevens Point. During my four years at UW-Stevens Point I played and lettered in football for two years and spent one year on the sidelines due to injury. I graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Economics with a minor in Business Administration. The summer following graduation I completed all coursework and passed the Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson exam to earn my license. In my 7+ years with First Weber I have been a party to over 225 transactions with over $45 million in sales. I have been a part of the #1 selling team in the Menomonee Falls First Weber office since 2012.
