When the market started declining, Danica was constantly approached by Homeowners who owed more than their home was worth, could not afford their payments and did not want to lose their home. Due to the change in the market, Danica made it her mission to help every homeowner she could in Southern California avoid Foreclosure. Since then she has been specializing in educating hundreds of homeowners about Real Estate so they know their options in any kind of market so she can help them find their individual solution.
