Proving his competence on this project, David was sought out by the developers of the Highland Courtyard Townhomes and South Crescent Lake Townhomes where he assisted in the design, construction, build, marketing and sales of these developments. He was called into the take over the sales and marketing of the Historic Round Lake Chalets and directed the second phase of the project. His understanding of construction runs deep and wide as he has been in the industry since he was 16 years old, where he owned his own construction company installing commercial glazing in some famous buildings in London, Telford, Lake Windermere, Redding and other cities in England. Since then he has restored 100 year old historic homes in St. Pete, renovated numerous homes and has acquired rental property along the way.
