I started my career in real estate back in 1999 when I first began buying and selling real estate for investment purposes. Then in 2005, I became a licensed general contractor and started my construction company. Since that time, I have built custom and spec homes ranging in value from starter homes to homes in the million dollar price range. I am well versed in ground up residential construction and have an eye for architecture, design, and quality workmanship; all of which have helped me excel as a home builder. For years I have felt that becoming a residential real estate agent would be a natural fit for me due to my extensive construction background and industry resources. I have a passion for looking at raw property, seeing its potential, and how it can be put to its best use.
