Donna Brunell - Sales

Donna joined RE/MAX Benchmark Realty Group in 2001 in an administrative capacity. Immediately she realized that becoming a realtor was the next step in her career, and she has never looked back. Donna has been servicing her clients since 2003. Personal service and customer satisfaction is of utmost concern to Donna. Donna is dedicated to building an impeccable reputation built on customer/client trust, providing excellent service with the very highest degree of integrity, and spends most of her time focusing on the referral business she receives from her past clients. Donna recently expanded her team and has joined with Kate Washington who has 23 years of experience and focuses much of her time with buyers & sellers in Southern Orange County, Janet Delgado who has 30+ years of experience and focuses much of her time with buyers & sellers in the central & northern part of the county, and Jennifer Brighton, a lifelong resident of the Cornwall/New Windsor area who is focused on building her real estate career and enjoys working with first time homeowners. The team expanded again with the addition of Tracy Lockhart, a resident of Montgomery, who has more than 15 years of experience in the area of land sales & development and new construction. With this team approach, they can provide years of experience and undivided attention to all of their clients throughout the Hudson Valley. Donna is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service and the Mid Hudson Multiple Listing Service. Donna is totally committed to giving back to the community that has been so good to her. She makes a contribution from every closing she has to the Children's Miracle Hospital Network which locally services the Maria Ferrari Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center; and contributes annually to the Newburgh Lion's Club, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Hudson Valley Honor Flight; and the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure". When Donna is not working, she spends time at home in Cornwall on Hudson with her husband, 3 children, and 7 grand-children who are her pride and joy. She also enjoys having dinner out with friends, reading and going to the movies. Accomplishments A multi-million dollar producer, Donna's total commitment to service and education can be measured not only by satisfied customers/clients, but by sales achievement recognition annually at the local level with the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the RE/MAX International Platinum Club in 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018; and with the RE/MAX International Prestigious Chairman's Club in 2019. As a result of total commissions through 2018, Donna was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. In 2019 with more than 80 transaction sides totaling $21 million in sales volume, The Brunell Team ranked #1 at RE/MAX Benchmark Realty Group's New Windsor Office, and in the top 10 overall in the Hudson Valley for Total Sales Volume. In addition in 2007, Donna was the recipient of the prestigious Darren K. McCarey Spirit of RE/MAX Benchmark Realty Group Award for her continued focus on the ideals, commitment to service, willingness to give to others and integrity that were benchmarked by Darren McCarey.
