Doreen Tando

Dedy and Doreen Tando, husband and wife, co-founded Austin 101 Realty in 2012 and have seen it grow exponentially. Doreen is a Certified Negotiation Expert. In her years as real estate agent she was Top Producer in her 2nd year of business, and she is known among her clients and friends as efficient, attentive and a go-getter. A gifted multitasker, Doreen has a fantastic reputation for accelerated transactions and excellent customer satisfaction. She has a wide variety of experience in residential real estate, including sales and marketing, negotiations, investments, foreclosures and property management. Doreen is also an avid real estate investor herself Dedy, An engineer in his previous life, his giftings lie in problem solving and attention to detail. Dedy has been interested in real estate and investments since graduating from college, and took that interest a step further by becoming a full-time realtor during 2003-2005, after which he returned to the engineering field. While working as an engineer, Dedy got his license in Austin Texas and helped many friends and coworkers find their perfect home and investments, or gain top dollar for their home sale. He also enjoys helping businesses find the right space to grow and thrive. In 2014, Dedy decided to leave the comforts and stability of a full-time job behind, to continue to pursue his dreams of helping people find their dream home and build wealth through real estate investments.
