My name is Gary Horton, and I work with RE/MAX Equity Group. I have been a full-time Realtor working in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas since 2002. I work in the greater Portland metro area, plus Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Lincoln, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Washington, and Yamhill counties. I work closely with my Buyer clients walking them through the transaction process, from choosing their home straight through the inspections and appraisal process. I meet with appraisers if welcome to address any concerns they may have. I always try to present at closing. I offer my seller clients the same degree of professionalism & care. I ensure the price I come up with is accurate and acceptable to my client. I provide cost sheets with every offer showing all costs and your net proceeds to make your decision easier.
