I am involved in the community and enjoy volunteering. I love working with my clients whether the first time buyer or an experienced seller. I work as a "team" with all my clients. For three years I have served as Chairperson for the local realtors Community Service Committee. We drafted the slogan "HAVE A HEART-REALTORS HELPING OTHERS" and do fundraising and special projects to give back to the community. We focus on at risk students and families and generate money through events to help non profit organizations including the local DAV organization and CASA advocates for children. I have enjoyed working with clients since my career started in 2007 and have extensive knowledge of residential and commercial areas of the business. I educate both buyers and sellers in all steps of the real estate selling and buying process and have an in depth knowledge of all price ranges in the real estate market in the immediate and surrounding geographic areas. I also refer clients who may be locating or interested in purchasing additional real estate in other states to realtors I have partnered with in those states, resulting in the sale of homes in Louisiana and Florida. In 2008 I achieved multi- million dollar producer status and eleven years into my real estate career, remain a consistent multi million dollar producer. I am a native to Parkersburg, West Virginia and spent 23 years in Pittsburgh, PA. I hold a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources/Strategic Leadership.
