Gerry Ramos

Gerry became a real estate agent in 2004 and has successfully been helping sellers and buyers since then. Previously, he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1986 and has worked as an RN for many years. Since buying his first home, Gerry had become curious regarding real estate and secured his license for the knowledge and convenience that came with it. He eventually realized that the convenience is just the tip of the iceberg. He learned that real estate will afford him to achieve success in business and at the same time apply his overarching vision to provide health care, that is related to real estate. Gerry has been awarded the following as his new career progressed: New Champion in 2004, President's Circle in 2006 for closing $20M+ worth of closed transactions, Platinum Award, Most Listings and Most Closed Transactions in the company, Most Transactions brought to his home based Title & Escrow Companies. This opportunities to help sellers and buyers gain a positive experience plus their continuous appreciation of his hard work motivated him to outperform himself year after year. As a healthcare professional, Gerry has a natural affinity to help those in need, offer his services in order to better their condition. He performs real estate parallel to his sworn duties as an RN, instilling hope and simply make clients realize that situation can only get better, whether it is coming out of a foreclosure or short sale situation or acquiring their dream home out of the challenges of multiple offers towards realizing their American dream.
