Hi, I'm so glad you're here — and yes, I DO know where that town is! After 8 years of selling real estate across central Illinois, I've navigated more county roads, grain elevators, and "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" downtowns than I can count. If it's on the map — and sometimes even if it's not — I've probably been there, parked in front of a listing, and realized I know the neighbor. 

Living central to Bloomington and Peoria, I have the pleasure of serving Central Illinois. In a single day I go from showing elegant condos to multi family dwellings to rural homes. I work with Investors to locate the next ideal project or rental and I am confident I can help you find that property that checks all the boxes.

Real estate is my passion, but it's also my mission. I believe that the more you know, the more confident you can be in one of the biggest decisions of your life. That means I take time to walk you through every step of the process — not to overwhelm you, but to make sure you feel informed, empowered, and never lost in the weeds (or the cornfields, as the case may be). My clients don't just buy homes; they understand the home they're buying. I treat the home buying process as an educational experience — because knowledge isn't just power, it's peace of mind. 

When I'm not out showing properties or negotiating deals, I'm home with my beautiful family — and I use "home" loosely, because our place is less a house and more a highly spirited operation. We run a small hobby farm complete with goats, ducks, chickens, dogs, and approximately one thousand cats who simply appeared one day and apparently never got the memo about moving on. Every single day brings something new — a goat on the porch, a duck with opinions, a dog who means well. Honestly, we should have a reality show. My family is equal parts chaos and joy, and I wouldn't trade a single loud, feathery, four-legged moment of it.
