Jacob Mizgalski

Jacob Mizgalski is a licensed Real Estate Broker and 29 year resident of Central WI who holds a designation in Sellers Representation. Growing up in Wausau, WI prepared him well for a career in real estate. As a graduate of D.C. Everest and later pursuing a degree in Marketing and Advertising he found a career in real estate and quickly started making waves. Jacob was the first eXp Realty agent in Central Wisconsin and quickly helped spread the brand and introduce new agents to the firm. While he loves to work with sellers and buyers of all property types and price ranges he quickly fell into the niche of investors, high-end properties, water-front, luxury, unique, and historic. Jacob is a strong advocate for Central WI and has been highly involved in the community for many years. He's volunteered his time for many local non-profits such as the Mosinee Community Theatre, Wausau Community Theatre, Wausau Lyric Choir, My Team Triumph, Central WI Educational Theatre Alliance, North Central Wisconsin NAVHDA, Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce and Mosinee Chamber of Commerce -just to name a few. He has been passionate about Realtor safety and has hosted proactive events for local MLS members on the subject. When he’s not negotiating for his clients he can be found boating on the local waterways, running/hiking, traveling, attending local events, trap shooting, listening to music for hours and spending quality time with his wife Rachel, daughter Leah, 5 fur-babies, family and friends.
