I have been a Realtor® Associate in the North Iowa Area since 1992. I have been a Broker since January 2016 and currently am Broker/Owner of Jane Fischer & Associates. Each year I have successfully increased my listings and sales activity. I hold the designations of ABR, CRS, GRI, SRES, RLI, and am a member of the Iowa Association of Realtors®, Greater Mason City Board of Realtors®, North Central Iowa Regional Board of Realtors, and the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
