I have worked around real estate and construction pretty much my entire life. After growing up in a family heavily involved with contracting and leasing I moved on to and buying, improving and selling homes Michigan and New York. When I moved down to Florida it seemed logical to move on to selling with my extensive background and sales as well as real estate. I work hard for my clients as I have had soms past complications with Realtors when buying and selling for myself and will do my best to prevent those feelings for others. I know how to negotiate contracts, I see them through right to close and beyond working to keep disturbance's and hiccups at a minimum.
