Hi, My name is Jill Graumann and I LOVE real estate! I love everything about it; listing, selling, researching properties, meeting people, helping people find the perfect home, etc. I taught school for 24 years and when my number came up for retirement I took it. I love change and new challenges. I knew that I was not geared to stay at home so I decided to do something that I knew a little about. I sold real estate 30 years ago and loved it then so it made perfect sense for me to try my hand at it again. Although, it has changed tremendously in 30 years the basic concept of buying and selling is the same. Sell high for your sellers and buy cheap for your buyers. I LOVE my new career and I love people. I guess it shows because I hit the ground running and have not looked back. I am busier than ever and I look forward to each new day. Life is good!
