Meet The Jackson Team! Licensed since 1979, Joe Jackson specializes in listings for The Jackson Team. Although he does work with buyers, his main area is working with sellers to get their home SOLD. He holds the CRS and e-Pro designations. He has been a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors since 1979 and the North Area Real Estate Association since 1980. Erik Hiss is another member of the team. His real estate career began when he and a friend bought three houses near the OSU campus to rent out to students. Erik received his real estate license in September of 2004 and has been a successful agent for The Jackson Team ever since. Deb Mcguire has been a realtor since 2004 and joined Keller Williams Capital Partners in 2010. Deb's passion is Real Estate and she brings her skills to work for her clients as she counsels them through successful transactions. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, and Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Seller Representative Specialist. Melody Bohrer has been in the real estate industry for 25+ years in three states and has a diverse background including Sales Associate, Partner in a real estate company in Princeton, NJ serving residential, commercial and B2B brokerage, Senior Executive for a multi-brand, global franchisor, National real estate instructor and speaker, Executive consultant and coach for CEOs and leadership team members. Melody is focused on Commercial Real Estate working with clients to list or sell their retail or multi-family properties in the greater Columbus market. Linda Franks is the Operations Manager for The Jackson Team. Her responsibilities include listing all properties and inputting them into the websites, creating marketing for the homes, processing the contracts from start to finish, coordinating all of the documents, and preparing all transaction details for a smooth closing.
