Joe Sacks

Hi, I’m Joe—a proud real estate professional here in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, I spent most of my career in the construction industry, where I built a strong foundation (pun intended!) for what I do today. I got my start in my early 20s working at a masonry supply yard, and over the years, I worked my way up to join one of the largest concrete paver manufacturers in the country. That journey gave me hands-on field experience, the chance to coordinate large-scale projects, and valuable insights from working on the corporate side of the business.

That background is what sparked my passion for real estate.

After retiring early from my corporate role, I made the leap into real estate, earning my license in Bucks County, PA. I was fortunate to work under two top-tier brokers at Long & Foster Real Estate in Newtown, PA, where I sharpened my skills and gained a deep understanding of the buying and selling process.

In 2023, my wife Ena and I made the move to Myrtle Beach—years ahead of schedule, actually. We had spent so many vacations here that it already felt like home, so we decided to take the plunge—and we haven’t looked back since.

I’ve truly fallen in love with the Grand Strand and all the vibrant, welcoming communities it has to offer. I truly live in my own personal paradise, and now, I get to help others do the same. Whether it's a beachfront condo, or a single family home with incredible schools, you define your paradise. I make it happen.
