Kari Kramer Ayala

Owner/Broker, has been active in the New Orleans real estate market since 1998, and a licensed realtor since 2004. In 2007 she founded New Orleans Property Services, and has continued to grow a boutique brokerage with professionalism at its core. Kari is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown CT (BA, Latin American Studies), and Tulane University, New Orleans LA (MA, Latin American Studies). She was a Fulbright Scholar in Chile, South America in 1995-1996. Kari has traveled extensively throughout Central and South American, and Europe, and is fluent in Spanish. Kari helped to start the International School of Louisiana, a public, charter school in New Orleans offering full immersion programs in Spanish and French. She has continued to play a role in the changing educational landscape of New Orleans, having worked at Esperanza Charter School and the International High School of New Orleans. She is passionate about education, real estate, and New Orleans.
