I'm a Realtor that specializes in helping first time home buyers navigate through the home buying process. My clients appreciate my expertise and my patience. I take the guesswork out of buying a home by fully educating my buyers so that they feel empowered. I work with a lot of out of town buyers and I help them find a home prior to arriving to the area. I do this by doing an indebt consultation with them about their needs and wants. I then create a list of homes that fit their requirements.
