Kia-Tishayn Harrell is a North Carolina REALTOR® with eXp Realty, serving renters, buyers, and sellers throughout Durham and the greater Triangle area. Known as “Coach Kia,” she combines real estate knowledge, honest guidance, and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident decisions about homeownership.

Kia works with first-time buyers, relocating families, sellers, investors, and clients exploring new construction. She is especially passionate about helping buyers understand financing options, down-payment assistance programs, and the steps needed to move from thinking about homeownership to becoming prepared for it.

Before entering real estate, Kia built her career in logistics, supply chain management, retail management, team development, and customer service. That experience strengthened the organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills she now brings to every transaction.

Kia believes real estate is about more than opening doors or placing a sign in a yard. It is about listening carefully, protecting her clients’ interests, explaining the process in plain language, and helping people build stability and a lasting legacy.
