I am a licensed California real estate broker/associate and have been licensed since 1990. In 2009, I closed approximately 300 escrows and received Coldwell Bankers' National Award for being number-seven nationwide in number of transactions closed. I have a full-time staff and part-time employees to help ensure my transactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner. I handle REOs for multiple companies including, Freddie Mac, BofA, Litton, Asset Link, Accredited, Green River, and multiple other outsource companies.
