Having personally renovated and flipped homes for over a decade, I bring a practical, no-nonsense perspective to every transaction — I don't just sell houses, I understand what makes them work. I'm just as committed to raising the bar for the next generation of agents, which is why I currently teach real estate licensing and investment courses at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC).

Experience
I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker with 12 years of experience and certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I closed over 100 home sales in my first five years alone, and I continue to close an average of 20 transactions annually with EXP Realty. Beyond brokerage, I've personally purchased, renovated, and sold 9 single-family homes and a 4-family property, and ran an active short-term rental for 2 years before selling that one also. My renovation background gives my clients a real edge — I can tell you what repairs actually cost, which upgrades are worth doing, and what a property is truly worth before and after the work is done. I've also mentored 8 new agents throughout my career, and now I teach Principles of Real Estate, Real Estate Investing, and Listing & Selling coursework at MATC, passing along what I've learned to the next wave of agents entering the field.
