Linda Frierdich, Listing Specialist, Broker, Agent, ABR, SFR, CRSI am a firm believer in a Client First philosophy. Since 2002, when I started my real estate career, I have made sure that my team and I focus on the fiduciary responsibility to the client, not on our commission check. This very basic (but important) standard has allowed us to grow this team and our reputation for excellence into one of the biggest teams in the business, not only locally, but on a national level. I am proud to say that, since 2008, my team has sold more homes for our clients than any other team or agent in our local association (RASI).As a Listing Specialist, my job is to assist sellers in getting their properties ready for the market, devising an aggressive marketing campaign to get in front of as many potential buyers as possible, and negotiating the best deal for you. When you hire me to work as your listing specialist, I'm not thinking about my next paycheck- I'm thinking about YOUR closing check and getting you the highest net possible for your property. Nothing makes me happier than a seller who comes out of a deal with more money than they expected. Believe it or not, I wasn't always the lady on the shopping cart at your local Schnucks, on area billboards, pictured on the sign in the yard of local homes, or all over real estate specific websites. I grew up off Gravois and graduated from Lindbergh High School, Class of "I'm not telling". At 19, I moved to Columbia Illinois with my husband Mark, opened my own hair salon, and had my two sons, Steven and Eric. I landed in real estate in 2002 and found my own "home" at Century 21 Advantage, where I am now part owner of both our Columbia, IL and St Louis, MO locations. Linda Frierdich fun facts: I'm amazing at cleaning fish and I hate being on video, much to the dismay of my marketing team. I'm lucky enough to have a very close-knit family with three awesome grandkids and I love nothing more than hanging out with them when I'm not out pounding the pavement making "real estate magic" happen.
