Lucas is the owner of the Lucas Howard Group (LHG). Lucas has been successfully serving the Grand Rapids and West Michigan markets since 2004. Currently he is ranked by sales, in the top 1% percent of agents with the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors. His business model is based on his commitment to helping his buyers and sellers make informed and confident choices while empowering them to make educated real estate decisions. Lucas is known for his can-do-attitude, upbeat personality and relentless pursuit to better himself so he can bring a higher standard of service to his clients. Outside of work Lucas is very involved in the Grand Rapids community. He is currently a bestselling author, sits on the board of Grand Rapids Association of Realtors and is a dedicated committee member of Friends & Family of Cystic Fibrosis. Elissa Howard joined her husband's real estate group after spending 5 years in the mortgage industry. In 2009 she obtained her real estate license and partnered with her husband to form the Lucas Howard Group (LHG). Her in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, fastidious attention to detail and dedicated follow-through make her an indispensable asset to their clients, colleagues and business partners. Elissa and Lucas like to think of themselves as one-stop-shop experts that can help clients with every step of the home buying process. Lucas and his wife Elissa have been married since 2003 and have three daughters. They enjoy traveling, camping, playing competitive volleyball and spending weekends on the water in Northern Michigan.
