Marcia Brooks

Marcia grew up in the Pioneer Valley. Her first home purchase was an 1840's farmhouse property which she and her husband completely refurbished. Her last building project was the design and construction oversight of a new Colonial, capturing the charm and character of an old home--but with modern amenities. Her critical thinking skills along with her ability to listen and interpret varying points of view during negotiations helps to make difficult situations less stressful and more productive. Marcia draws on her extensive knowledge of the Pioneer Valley bringing knowledge and resources to her buyers and sellers. Active in community events and an elected member to the Deerfield School Committee, she served two terms. A combined 20 year member membership of both the South Deerfield and Shelburne Falls Women's Clubs, she has held positions on Executive Boards, numerous committees including Scholarship, as well as many fundraising events to further enhance the lives of the greater community.
