NAR Green Designee Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, New Construction Consulting, Military Relocation Specialist Michael Gosselin comes to Custom Home Realty after being in the Real Estate Industry since 2016. I have been in and around the building industry for many years in both sales and project management. This experience helps me to see things in a property that others might not notice, and I can help my buyers decide if the repair or remodel that they might consider will work within their budget. In 2019 I became an NAR Green Designee and have a background in sustainable building practices and high performance remodeling so if any of my clients that find that important in a home I can help them navigate through that process. Being a Green Designee and a member of the REthink39 Group we can help any client who is interested in buying or selling an energy efficient home and help you realize the true valuation of that home. Michael spent many years living in Charlotte, NC after some time in the United States Marine Corps. In 2018 I received my Military Relocation Specialists through Boots Across America and that certification allows me to work with veterans looking to purchase their first home or find a relocation when assigned to a new duty station while helping navigate them through the VA Loan process.
