Michael Munson

As a 1980 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Business Administration degree and a double major in Marketing and Finance (emphasis in Real Estate), I quickly learned that inexperience can be an asset if you are blessed with a clear vision of what you want to achieve. That vision began in 1985, as the developer of The Wilshire House, a 9- story condominium tower located near the campus of the University of South Carolina. Today, a pedestrian bridge connects the new state-of-the-art Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center to The Wilshire House. We feel a valued relationship as a neighbor with "Our Carolina".At the completion of The Wilshire House, CMM Realty, Inc. was founded as a full-service real estate firm offering sales, property management, leasing, and development services. With long-term stability and experienced team members that have a desire to continue to improve and learn, we strive to build relationships with a spirit of friendship with all of our clients. We are a small company of 40 team members that have a desire to serve each other and our clients. We want to build relationships that go above and beyond.
