Rachel Romash founded Elite Real Estate Solutions, LLC in 2013. Rachel Romash is a local Baldwin County, AL Qualifying Broker and 2023 President of the Baldwin Realtor Association's 3200 members. Rachel comes from a family of Real Estate Agents and Investors. Rachel began her career in Real Estate by Flipping and building a rental protfolio. With an over 5 million dollar Real Estate portfolio, Rachel knows first hand all aspects of the Real Estate world. Since the start of Elite Real Estate Solutions, customer satisfaction has been the forefront of the company goals. Customer satisfaction comes from many different avenues, but one of the most important contributors is having an office filled with agents that work together as a team to help innovate the way properties are being bought and sold in today’s market. In 2021 Elite Real Estate closed on 803 homes. This was a 160% increase from the year prior, and exceeded company goals. In addition to many successful real estate transactions, Elite Real Estate has made an impact on the community through various means of community involvements. In 2019 Elite Gives Back a 503c non-profit was formed. Realtors at Elite donate a portion of their commission and Elite Real Estate Solutions match it. In 2021 we were proud to have come together to raise money for vehicle for a family in need in Baldwin County! Elite Gives Back and Elite Real Estate Solutions have also donated on a yearly basis to: American Red Cross, The Gift of Hope Foundation, Toys for Tots, Child Advocacy Center (Care House), Lighthouse, Mary’s Shelter, St. Jude’s, F.E.E.F., and Prodisee Pantry.
