Personal

I live in Middlesex with my wife, and our two awesome daughters. We have an ebbing and flowing flock of laying hens that usually numbers around ten, including those that we have adopted from friends and neighbors. We also adopted two rescue cats who, let's face it, are in charge. Aside from real estate, I love reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time in the woods. But mostly what I love is real estate.

Professional

After careers in financial planning and education (I taught second grade), I became a real estate agent in 2009 and started Green Light Real Estate in 2013. It’s a great professional blend–education, finance, and real estate brokerage. So much of what we do is helping people learn about and navigate an incredibly complex process. And, the financial and investment side of it is one that is often missing in the process. I’ve personally helped people buy and sell hundreds of properties in Vermont. I also spend a lot of time training, helping agents at Green Light, and investing in real estate, as well as being involved in the community.

I try to bring that ethos to everything I do, and it helps my buyer and seller clients. Plus, it’s a much more fun way to live. Since starting Green Light Real Estate in 2013, we have helped more than 1400 families, individuals, and investors buy and sell real estate throughout Vermont. That’s more than $350,000,000 worth of real estate! 

Green Light Real Estate Team

We’re a team of brokers and agents, plus our office manager. We also have an in-house marketing manager. Our brokers and agents hold many professional designations in addition to their licenses and memberships with the National Association of Realtors and Vermont Realtors. 

We’re deeply invested in local education, having donated tens of thousands of dollars to local PTOs to provide enrichment, additional activities, and more to the kids and families in our Vermont communities.
