Sandy was born in Germany and has lived in Central KY since 1989 She is married to Aaron Allnutt and they have 3 wonderful kids, Tyler, Olivia and Addison. They are members of Southland Christian Church. She graduated from EKU in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate. After graduating college, Sandy worked as an Appraiser trainee for several years before going into Real Estate sales full time in 2004 and forming The Allnutt Group in 2011. Sandy earned her Broker Associate License in 2017. She‚Äôs been a consistent top producer with her team‚Äôs 2015-2021 production ranking them in the top 1% of LBAR production. Sandy values education and is a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club, and has earned the CRS, ABR, SRES, SRS, & GRI designations, among others. 2021 Rate my Agent Top Agent Award in Fayette County, Top 5 in Jessamine County, & Top 2 in Kentucky. Kristy is a life long Lexington native who truly enjoys the process of home selling and buying. She‚Äôs been licensed since 2015 and has 7 years of experience in the mortgage business! She is a member of the Allnutt Group. She has earned the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Kristy is an avid runner and loves planning for future races. She‚Äôs been married to her husband for 18 years, a daughter, and 2 dogs. 2021 Rate my Agent Award Top 5 in Scott County. Kelsey is originally a West Virginia native but has called Lexington "home" since 2017. As a Realtor®, her first priority is to make her clients happy. Her clients are very important to her - they become like family! Kelsey has been married to her husband, Ben, for 6 years and they have two rescue dogs: Mia & Charlotte.
