Sedar Husary

My name is Sedar Juarez. I bring 21 years of experience in Real Estate and have consistently gained recognition and awards as a top performing agent. I help clients to buy and sell homes while keeping in mind both their immediate and long-term goals. My underlying philosophy of "service first" means that my clients' needs are paramount. I work diligently to understand each client's goals and to always exemplify trust, transparency, and integrity. I use my unique negotiating insights to tirelessly advocate for my clients. I work closely with buyers and sellers to educate and inform them at every step of the transaction focusing on current knowledge within the housing market. My main focus is to build and maintain relationships with my clients for years to come. I have been a Bay Area resident for most of my life. I am a wife and mother to two amazing young adults. When I'm not working I'm spending quality time with family, serving in my church as well as participating in Bible Studies. Some of my passions include fitness, animals and painting.
