A bit specifically about Sheila.... After over a decade of actively investing in real estate, Sheila Smith experienced firsthand the doors real estate can open to people and began her career as a Realtor. Within the first two years of having her license, she found herself in the upper 1% of realtors based on volume of property sold in the Intermountain MLS, encompassing Southern Idaho. This success stems first from loving what she does, but also by listening and paying attention to the individual needs of each unique home buyer and catering to them specifically. Sheila's extensive experience lies not only in residential, but income & multi-family, new construction, development projects and investment property. Before falling in love with Boise & settling down, Sheila was an avid traveler, learned to speak fluent Spanish amidst tours from Mexico to Central & South America, including volunteering in a Guatemalan scholastic program for children in need. She also lived and worked remote on Baronof Island in Alaska for several years (no roads, electricity, or internet, & a population that you can count on your fingers) at a NOAA research facility. Before her explorations of the Americas, she received an extended BA in International Affairs, with dual minors in Spanish & Classical Guitar Performance at Northern Arizona University where she graduated with honors.
