My background covers not only experience in the Real Estate profession, but in the 'high-tech' software world as well. I bring a strong commitment for client satisfaction to my Real Estate business. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and am proud to represent either buyers or sellers in our area. I hold the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR) and the (GRI) designation - Graduate of the Realtor Institute. The CLHMS is a prestigious designation awarded as a result of my work in the luxury market, and for completing the requirements as a ‘Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.’ In addition, I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, and hold the CRS designation. I have the education and experience working with sellers of both residential homes and land. These residential properties include homes qualifying for 'Premier Status' within Windermere; and, with my designation and specialized training--the luxury home market. One of my strengths is the ability to utilize technology to market my seller's properties. Advertising in the right places and understanding how to target the right markets, are just some of the ways of finding that "right buyer."
