Simon Guy

Growing up in Dana Point, Simon started his career in Real Estate in 2007 while attending College early in the morning and late at night around his work schedule. By the time he graduated from Fresno Pacific in 2011 he was already one of the top producers in the Visalia area. He continued to service that market while managing a luxury real estate office in Burlingame in 2015-2016. In 2017 he was ranked in the top 5 Agents of ALL of Tulare County. In 2018 Simon decided to move back home to South Orange County where he has quickly become one of the top producing agents. Having completed over 500 transactions, Simon has a passion for helping families build wealth through real estate. While this often starts with clients' first home, it doesn't stop there. Simon has extensive experience buying, flipping, & holding investment real estate and loves to help his clients do the same.
