Stacey Buchanan

Stacey Buchanan started at Melbourne Realty, Inc. when she was 12 years old, running errands for her mom, Donna, the brokerage's longtime Broker. She got her sales license in 1992, earned her Broker's license in 1999, and became Broker-Owner in 2017 after Donna's sudden passing. Today she runs Brevard County's oldest brokerage, serving buyers and sellers in Melbourne, FL and across the Space Coast since 1963.

In 34 years, Stacey has listed and sold more than a thousand properties. Her listings have averaged around 11 days on market. She holds a Master's in Marketing, and she's completed hundreds of Broker Price Opinions for major banks and served as an expert witness in court cases, so pricing and marketing a home are where she does her best work.

She's a Ramsey Trusted Pro and holds the CRB, SRS, SRES, ABR and e-PRO designations. Her clients have given her a 5-star rating across 60 RateMyAgent reviews. Her approach hasn't changed in three decades: customers over commissions. She'll tell you what she's seeing, give you her recommendation, and help you make a decision you feel good about.

A native Floridian, Stacey grew up near Florida Tech and still lives near Downtown Melbourne with her family and several rescued pets.
