Sue-ann Westhoff

Sue-ann is a native of Hannibal and brings her knowledge of the area to the real estate business. Sue-ann and her husband, Patrick, are residents of Hannibal and have 4 sons, Kolin 19, Karson 17, Kevin 16 & Kohen 14. Sue-ann has been passionate about real estate since she was little. She remembers going to Prestige Realty on Tuesday mornings with her parents to help answer phones while the agents toured new properties. Well, Sue-ann went for the donuts and to visit Grandma and Grandpa Atkins, previous owners of Prestige Realty, while mom and dad answered phones. Growing up around the business Sue-ann knew she wanted to chart a path helping others, and found her true calling in real estate. Sue-ann earned an undergraduate degree in Education and a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from Northwest Missouri State University. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing herself and her listings.
