Team Leader, Tammy Stuart has been a residential REALTOR® and Associate Broker based in Omaha, Nebraska & Council Bluffs, Iowa since 2000. She founded Stuart & Associates Real Estate Group in 2013. Tammy began her real estate career as a sales agent in 2000 and obtained her brokers license in 2007. She owned her own boutique real estate brokerage for 5 years before moving her team to Omaha market leader, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Ambassador Real Estate. Tammy is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) an achievement that only 2% of all REALTORS ® worldwide have attained. Additionally, Tammy continually ranks in the top 1% of all agents in her local Association's of REALTORS ®. Through the years over 1,000 busy professionals & busy families alike have appreciated Tammy's passionate and personable approach to doing business. When not serving her clients or mentoring her team, Tammy can be found working on her personal real estate investments which include a mixed use building, an AirBnb, residential rentals, and flip houses. In her free time from work she enjoys traveling around the world; sharing dinner, wine, & great conversation with friends; attending her niece's activities; cooking; reading & researching; and working on her own "honey-do list" around her historic home.
