She became an Associate Broker in 1988 and was their top listing and top selling agent. Terry joined Coldwell Banker Bain as a Managing Broker for their Capitol Hill office in November, 1988. Terry grew the office to twice its size and increased per person productivity with record closed sales volume in the almost 10 years she managed. Additionally, she hired and trained 3 company "rookies of the year". Terry returned to sales in 1997 with Coldwell Banker Bain and continued to achieve high productivity. Terry is a CRB, a CRS and has earned the E-Pro certification. Terry is the 2008 REALTOR of the Year for Seattle/King County. Terry is the "Big Broker Representative" for Coldwell Banker Bain and is a NAR Director for Washington State and has been active with her local, state and the nationally Association of REALTORS since 1993. Terry was recently appointed by the Governor of WA to a 2 year task force to re-write the Dept. of Licensing Real Estate current code. Terry is a volunteer on the Board of Directors for HomeSite, a non profit community development of low income housing which works with the national agency of NeighborWorks.
